The Festival announces that pianist Eric Lu's concert, scheduled for Oct. 8 as part of the Debut Series, will not be able to take place. Lu will be replaced by the award-winning Yoav Levanon, a 18-year-old piano prodigy who at age six was already performing at New York's Carnegie Hall, and who, critics say, "has all the makings of one of the greatest pianists of this century."
Tickets already purchased for Eric Lu are valid. A refund may be requested at the sales point where the tickets were purchased (information counters of Ascona Locarno Turismo or Ticketcorner).
